Revolut has taken another major step in its development by opening its global headquarters in London’s financial district of Canary Wharf. With this move, the fintech giant not only strengthens its position in the UK but also lays the foundation for its next ambitious goal – reaching 100 million customers by mid-2027.

From 65 to 100 Million Customers

Today, Revolut serves over 65 million users worldwide, including 12 million in the UK. The company’s plan is to expand into more than 30 new markets by 2030, backed by over €11.5 billion in investments over the next five years. These investments are expected to create around 10,000 new jobs globally.

Where Will the Investments Go?

  • €3.4 billion to expand business in the UK
  • €1 billion for the new Paris headquarters, which will serve as the hub for Western Europe
  • €425 million for accelerated growth in the United States
  • Additional funds to drive expansion in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East

New Markets and International Expansion

  • Latin America: In 2025, Revolut plans to launch banking services in Mexico, with further expansion into Colombia and Argentina.
  • Asia: Launch in India is expected after receiving a payments license, alongside expansion into Australia and New Zealand. The company has already established a new global technology hub in the Philippines.
  • Africa & Middle East: Initial steps in South Africa and regulatory approval for operations in the UAE.
  • Europe: A new office in Paris, plans to apply for a banking license in France, and new branches in Portugal and Belgium.

Innovation and New Products

Revolut emphasized that innovation remains a key driver of growth. The company is developing services in areas such as artificial intelligence and private banking, while customers already process over 1 billion transactions monthly through the platform.

Revolut Business – Strong B2B Focus

The company announced that Revolut Business has reached $1 billion in annual revenue, with its acquiring arm now handling more than 4 million merchant payments each month.

Partnerships and Sports Marketing

Revolut also recently revealed a global partnership with the upcoming Audi F1 Team. Joint initiatives are expected, including co-branded cards and special products for Formula 1 fans.
